Four years ago my life changed in a way I never imagined. I had an accident and lost one of my fingers. I was only 20. They told me there would be things I could no longer do.

II · The distance
My family in Cuba, my daughter far from me
I remember looking up at the sky and asking God: why me? Why do I have to go through so much pain this young? That question stayed with me for a long time.
